A welcoming service includes respecting and honoring sensory needs.
You can always select a silent/minimal talking service for any and all services.
If you prefer dimmer lighting, often this can be accommodated. I will let you know if this would impede your service.
As the suites in my building have open-concept ceilings, total silence will not be achievable. However, I can easily control music, volume of tools used, etc., to lessen any aural over-stimulation.
Identity
My pronouns are she/her, and I will ask you pronouns prior to the start of your service.
All gender identities/non-identities will be respected and honored.
Bodies
If you live in a bigger body, you are welcome here and your space will be respected and accommodated. Please let me know if you have any particular questions on this prior to your service.
If you do not feel physically comfortable during any part of your service, I will make sure we reset to a comfortable scenario. Please be as vocal as you need about your comfort.
Accessibility
If you are deaf and/or hard of hearing, please let me know in the notes of your appointment and I will be sure to welcome you properly into my space.
I am in a smaller space, but I do have room for a Plus 1 or caregiver. I will not be able to accommodate groups larger than three.
Bathrooms in the building are all single stall, all-gendered, and accessible.
My salon sink and dryer will be able to accommodate most wheelchairs.
